Pinch is used only as an external cross-check in version C.

R. G. E. Pinch, "Carmichael numbers with small index", ANTS VII poster (2006)
lists Carmichael numbers of prescribed index through 100. The file
outputs/kappa1_pinch_crosscheck_d34_d64.tsv records the 34..64 slice transcribed
from that table. The independent source certify_kappa1_d34_d64.py generates
the same slice without using that TSV as a search input. The expensive empty
indices 34 and 35 are certified by the exact split logs; 36..64 are also
recorded in whole-range logs. Thus the Pinch table is no longer a completeness
premise for the theorem.
